In accordance with Texas law, a valid Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) must be established before providing telemedicine consultations. Once this relationship is established, we can offer follow-up care and consultations via telemedicine. Please note that a VCPR cannot be established solely through electronic means. If your pet is experiencing one of the following symptoms, please call to NDS Animal Hospital or another nearby veterinary hospital as soon as possible: Lack of response or unconsciousness, seizures, collapse, bleeding that won't stop, severe trauma or pain, bloated abdomen, inability to urinate, or shallow or rapid breathing.
